I need some help, I am putting together a memory box frame using photos. I am doing this as a gift for a?

friend, I need some ideas on decorating the inside of the box, pretty much like a scrapbook page. I want somthing simple but i also want it to look nice, i have no experience with scrapbooking so i need some ideas.
friend. I need somemore ideas on how to arrange the photos and maybe add in some sayings or quotes, and should I make a border around the pictures or just acient with paper behind them. Can you tell i am so confused, i am making this harder then it should be.

You could find some pretty fabric & use double sided tape to adhere it to back of the box. Or you could use the iron on sticky stuff. Or….what about cork? You can buy a roll of sticky back cork at any craft store. Then you could make or use pretty thembtacks to pin the pictures in the box.
